Active Programme
Our programme covers talks on the subjects of health as well as training in Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates, Kinesis, aqua aerobics or spinal exercises, and is free of charge.
Go and play a round of golf with the Hotel owner, listen to a talk by the hotel's own doctor (for example about sleeping disorders and their effects) or explore the Bohemian Forest with Erika Gruber on a Nordic Walking tour.
Participate in Yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates or Kinesis - even if it's your first time. Or try water gymnastics or spinal exercises.
Train your body's perception or your "tummy & thighs". For around 30 hours a week we offer a free programme which will occupy your body, soul and spirit and be provided by professionals in the subject.
Use the opportunity, knowledge and experience in Aigen, and take it home with you.
