All prices per person include:
· Gourmet half-board (breakfast buffet, menu with selection)
· Use of the 5,000 m² wellness area
· Use of the 250 m² fitness room
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in from 03.00 pm
Check-out until 11.00 am
SURCHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
Single room supplement/night: € 20,-
Single night supplement/person: 13 %
New Year’s Eve supplement: € 80,-/adult, €30,-/child
Holidays and Friday to Sunday: € 15,- surcharge per person and night
EXCEPT in the SUMMER and CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS seasons
Remuneration for meals canceled directly in the hotel: € 5,-
Remuneration for rooms with breakfast only: € 10,- per night on half board price
CHILDREN
In the parents’ room, with two full-paying adults:
0-5 years € 15,- / 6-9 years € 30,- / 10-15 years € 50,-
COLLECTION SERVICE
We are more than happy to arrange a collection from Linz Train Station,
Hörsching Airport or Passau Train Station.

PETS
Small dogs only by request! The hotel reserves the
right to charge for any final cleaning which may
be required should a dog be kept in the hotel room.
Please bring your own dog blanket and basket with you.
We would also like to point out that our four-legged
friends are not permitted to enter the restaurant,
the wellness area or the gardens. Pet/night,
without food: € 15,-

€ 2,- /adult per night
PAYMENT
We accept cash, EC cards (Germany, Austria and the Netherlands), MasterCard, Visa and mPay 24 (immediate transfer).
In the case of cancellations made at short notice,
the Austrian Hotel Regulations shall apply.
We recommend that our guests take out a hotel cancellation insurance policy with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. The relevant documents will be sent to you together with your booking information.
